- Please provide a point of contact for the day of services.

- Please provide a detailed schedule of events for the day of services.

- Please ensure there are adequate lighting, space and electrical outlets.

- For parties of 2 or more, please provide a list of attendees and the order in which they will receive services.  Likewise, please ensure all attendees are aware of their place in the preparatory line-up.

All persons receiving services should:

Wedding Preparatory Guideline

My Goals

- To ensure that your prep time runs smoothly from start to finish.

- To oversee and execute your wedding beauty needs and insure transitions stay on schedule.

- To be in contact and communicate efficiently with bride and coordinator.

- To oversee prep site cleanup to prevent additional costs to client.

Your Responsibility

To ensure you have a stress-free, timely and enjoyable beauty experience on your special day, please observe the following guidelines:

- Please provide at least 2 phone numbers to contact you during your day of services.

- Please provide a fully detailed timeline for your event.

- Please ensure there are adequate lighting, space and electrical outlets.

- Please provide a list of bridal party attendees and the order in which they will receive services.  Likewise, please ensure all attendees are aware of their place in the wedding preparatory line-up.

- Please ensure bridal party attendees arrive on time and are prepared to receive services.

All persons receiving services should:

- Please inform me of any allergic reactions or sensitivities to certain products or chemicals.

- Please have a clean face, clear of all unwanted facial hair (i.e. upper lip, chin, eyebrow, etc.), and also have face and neck clear of products and other makeup. Personal moisturizer and sunscreen are ok.

- Please make sure hair is completely dry. Hair may be day old or washed the night before. Please let me know if any persons in the bridal party have exceptionally difficult or extremely long hair as it may affect the timely completion of services before the wedding.

- For larger bridal parties, the bride’s makeup is applied second to the last person on the preparatory line-up. This ensures that the professional photographers are on site taking action shots and also gives the bride time to put on her wedding gown. As she is being primed, the attendants should prepare themselves and the bride's effects for photos.

- Lastly, please keep your face supple and hydrated for your special day by drinking water and getting ample rest.
